Grant Guidelines

Our Collective Good is committed to supporting projects that align with our mission and values. Below are the guidelines for applying for a grant:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Projects must be solely or significantly led by women.

    • Initiatives should address key areas such as education, healthcare, gender equality, economic empowerment, conservation, or arts and culture.

    • Applicants must demonstrate how their project will benefit the community and promote sustainable development.

  2. Application Process:

    • Complete the online pre-application form below.

    • If your project is deemed to fit within our granting criteria we will be in touch to ask for further detailed information about the project. We will let you know if the project is NOT suitable for our grant programme.

    • Submit any additional supporting documents, such as letters of support from community members or partners as requested.

  3. Selection Criteria:

    • Impact: The potential of the project to create significant positive change.

    • Sustainability: The project's ability to maintain its benefits over the long term.

    • Innovation: The use of creative and effective approaches to address community needs.

    • Community Involvement: The extent to which the project engages and involves the local community.

  4. Funding Limits:

    • Grants typically range from £1,000 to £10,000, depending on the scope and scale of the project.

    • Special consideration may be given to larger projects that demonstrate exceptional impact and sustainability.

  5. Reporting and Accountability:

    • Grant recipients are required to provide quarterly progress reports and a final project report.

    • Funds must be used as outlined in the project proposal, and any changes must be approved by Our Collective Good.

  6. Deadlines:

    • Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, with quarterly review periods.

    • Applicants will be notified of their status within six weeks of the review period.
